Subprocessors

Last updated: June 12, 2026

Stillnote is 100% on-device. Your meeting audio and your transcripts are never sent to any subprocessor. The providers below handle only the small amount of data described in our Privacy Policy: your account, your billing, and our website. This page lists each one for full transparency.

What this page is

A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that handles personal information on our behalf. We keep this list current and public so you always know who is involved in operating Stillnote. This page complements our Privacy Policy, which explains in full what data we handle and why.

Your meeting content is not on this list

None of the providers above receive your meeting audio or transcripts. Stillnote records, transcribes, and summarizes your meetings locally on your Mac, and that content never leaves your device. There is no subprocessor for it, because it is never sent anywhere.

Changes to this list

We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor or changing how an existing one is used. If you would like to be notified of changes, or if you have a question about any provider above, email privacy@getstillnote.com.

This list is provided by LeapVision Technologies Inc. for transparency about the service providers involved in operating Stillnote. Licensed Quebec privacy counsel is reviewing our data-processing terms in parallel.
